Agents, Management & Affiliates kick-started their year at EXIT Realty Metro today with our NEW & improved bi-weekly Sales Meeting!  We've come up with some exciting ideas, and a new format for our routine office meetings, to make 2012 a fun and highly productive year here at EXIT Metro.  Our first meeting with the new format was this morning, and it certainly was a hit with the agents.  We had Affiliate Speaker, Glen Ward of Mortgage Architects, in to touch on the latest news in the Mortgage World, welcomed one of our newest agent for 2012, Deirdre Covey, and then moved on to a MasterMind session.  In our breakout groups for MasterMind, agents shared their input of 'Sales & Service' with regards to guiding buyers/sellers through the sale process, from 'Firm to Closing'.  Then everyone gathered once again as a large group and explained their findings and recommendations.  This allows our agents to share their wealth of knowledge between one another, to ensure they are all servicing their clients in the best ways possible!!  The lively interaction from agent-to-agent at this meeting was refreshing & truely a testiment to the unique mentality of TEAM that you will find here at EXIT Realty Metro!

We also celebrated our 'Agent of the Month' award at the meeting today.  Congrats to Allan Thomas for winning 'Agent of the Month' for December 2011!  Allan came to EXIT Metro straight from the licensing course with a listing ready to go, & has since pulled together a few deals as well!!  He is keen to participate in training & is actively pursuing every opportunity to help buyers & sellers in their next real estate transaction.  Congrats Allan...We are happy to have you as part of the team here at EXIT Realty Metro!
